I finally got a chance to read your post on the multiples board. I'm so happy everything is going well with the twins. You were able to keep them in as long as possible. When do you expect them to come home?

How are you feeling? I know your back was hurting from the pg.

The photo is adorable. I can't wait to see more pics. Keep us informed.

Hi Joanne! Congrats on your little bean, I was hoping you would join me with twins though...

Boys are doing good, just have to get them to take all their feeds through a bottle (right now 1/2 of them are going through the tube down their nose) because they get tired and poop out. They are starting to put on some good weight gains. Nurses tell me they start to "get it" at 36 weeks gets, which they are considered today... so hopefully we will pick up some momentum this next week.

If I had to guess I would say they have another 1.5-2 weeks in the NICU. I am feeling great, c-section wasnt bad at all and I am actually going to hit the gym tomorrow morning and start up a light routine (elliptical and lite upper body weights.) I'll post some new pics soon.

I'm glad to hear the boys are getting better. I can't wait to see the new pics.

As far as the twin thing goes, I would have been ok with it. You can't go into IVF without being open minded. Although, I think DH would have freaked out. I know he would have adjusted, but I think God knows what's best.

I can't believe you're going to the gym already!!! No wonder you're in such great shape! You must work out a lot. Try and take it easy.

I didn't post this earlier because I didn't want to jinx it, but the boys are coming home tonight!!

They will both be on a little oxygen until their 2 week check (due to the altitude in Denver and their preemie lungs - its pretty typical here.)

They are both doing great and eating like champs, I hope my breast milk supply can keep up with their growing demands. I am a little nervous about getting them on a feeding schedule at night and also how my toddler is going to handle all of this... but we'll get through it.
