Default how to begin...

I'm now at month 12 of ttc unsucessfully. I'm waiting for AF who is about one week late now but i'm sure she's coming. i have cramps and the moodiness that is unmistakable. And I've tested bfn for about 2 weeks straight now.
how do you begin getting help for this?

Talk to your gyno and let him/her know that it's been 12 months. They will run some blood tests to see what your levels are like. They should test your progesterone, estradiol, thyroid, FSH, prolactin and a few others as well as for insulin resistance. Some of these will be done CD3, and others around 7DPO. They should also refer you to an RE. Once you have the results you can better fight whatever is preventing you from conceiving. Also, have your husband take an SA. 50% of the time, the problem lies with them, so it could go either way and it's best to get it out of the way.

Does this help?
