was on clomid and didnt know i was already pg

I was taking clomid 50 mg. at 35 days of my cycle i went and had a blood pg test done it was neg. they gave me provero to start a new peroid i called when i started and started on clomid 100mg felt real sick that whole week called the doctor and they ordered a blood pg test it was positive. I am 3 to 4 weeks theres a sac doc said that its to early for anything to be in there yet. my hcg levels are 990 he checked my cervix and its not opend but im still bleeding 10 days now not to forget i have rh- blood im real worried the pills will affect the baby if one forms in the sac any advice.
