well af showed today so i am in need of some info about the royal jelly. i have decided to give it a try this month. how much of it do i have to take and do i start taking it now? thanks

I am sorry AF showed.

I went to the grocery store and got a bottle of Royal Jelly gel caps- big pills. I'd have to check the mg when I get home tonight- but I took one big pill once a day until I thought I O'd. I know others that took at least 2 pills a day. I did that for the last 2 cycles. After I was pretty sure I O'd I took 1 tablet of B6 to lengthen my luteal phase- which was too short. (It did lengthen it).

I hope it works for you. It is what the bees give the queen bee to make her very fertile.

p.s. I didn't answer your question- you can start taking it today. I think I didn't take mine until AF left- but that is just because I got lazy. You can start on cd 1.
