I saw the doc yesterday. He did an ultrasound, to my surprise. there was a tiny little gestational sac! I was so encouraged. My doc has two moms to be who are 44 and 47 uears old. i am 39 so that really encouarged me! My second beta was something like 3288! Very good number right?

We go back on 10-13-05. I will be 9 weeks by then so we should see a heartbeat then. DH will be able to go with that day as well.

Overall, I was pleased.

That beta number is AWESOME!! WOW!!! So the numbers are going up nicely! Isn't it neat to see the sac?? How many weeks are you?

You'll be amazed how different it will be at the 9 week u/s- you will see a little baby in that sac with a wonderful flicker of a heartbeat. HOW EXCITING.

I didn't realize you were 39 (I'm 35). CONGRATS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Yes girl, 40 on 12-20-05. I am 6 weeks pg as of today. I look forward to seeing the heartbeat!!

Thats awesome! I remember when I saw my son's I had been bleeding & was so worried - it was such a relief! Makes it seem all the more real, huh? Congrats!

What a relief to see the sac, makes it more real. I too was having bleeding so it reasured me that everything was ok and at 13 weeks we hear the heartbeat with the doppler 9 weeks by u/sound.
