Are there any mamas on a diet right now? Or any mamas who want to lose weight?
I am tired of saying, I will start dieting/excersising next month so I am going to start this week! I want to do a weight loss check in, maybe every Thursday or Friday. That way we can all be supportive of each other, and help each other through this. Now I may be the only one, so I am hoping that some of you will hold me accountable even if you aren't dieting.
I am going to do weight watchers, but if you are on any diet/excersise plan you should check in on Fridays too!
So what do ya'll think?
I want to set a goal of 20 pounds. I am not even sur ehow much I weigh, but I want to go down 2 dress sizes or lose 20 pounds.
I can't belive I am going to do this! But since I have said this all now, I have to!
