RE office everyday! (a timy rant)

I have been in for an u/s and b/w every morning this week. AAAARRRGGGGHH!!!!! My dosage has been 150 to 125 follistim everyday. I feel so stinking bloated. However, I've got a lot of follies and they are growing pretty quickly. I think if they trigger me, they'll do it soon, but I am a little bit worried about having to many follies (seriously, I think I've got 10 pretty big ones right now!) I am hoping that a few quieted down a little bit tonight, but we'll see. On a sad note, my RE thinks I am a perfect candidate for IVF, which we aren't sure we want to do. I feel a little torn up about this, as if we don't want to I feel like it's a shame, but liveable. DH is set against adoption right now though, so who knows what we'll do. I go in tomorrow at 8:00, please keep us in your thoughts.

My previous RE used to say the same thing. The RN told me it was my only option. I don't give in that easy. I have seen people on here who get lots of follies get pregnant without IVF. I changed Re's and my new one is willing to try different things to get the right mixture of meds for me.

I hope this cycle works for you. You sound so much like me everytime I read one of your posts. I too was in the office for b/w and u/s's everyday. Hang in there and be positive.

Well, goodish news today. The RE put me on low dose hcg and antigone for last night. I had a good appt today and it looks like my e2 numbers are climbing. We should go in for IUI this weekend. Same protocal for tonight, and RE visit in the morning. (yes, that's everyday since Monday!!!!) I am praying this works. I have four follies taking the lead and it doesn't sound as if we're in danger from a canceled cycle yet. Keep your fingers crossed. Praying for you all as well.

And good sticky thoughts for our preggos!

Sounds like things are right on track. I'm so happy for you. I have never done a ldhcg or antigone. What do they do? You are in my prayers.

Hi Dani. Low dose hcg stimulates the e2 and the antigone keeps me from ovulating before the follicles are ready to go. So hopefully all this will work. Like I said, we are trying to do the IUI sometime this weekend.
