Re: hullabaloo
Hi Ladies!
Dona - You have a lot on your plate right now. I will keep y'all in my prayers. I hope that the interview works out and that this round of tubes works for the kiddos. What does he do if you don't mind me asking?
KC - I'm ready to move over here permanently! Don't know how much you're wanting to spend on a dress or if you would want it to look "bridemaidy" or not, but for something simple, you might want to check out the websites for Nordstrom, Japanese Weekend, GAP, Old Navy or even Target. Of course there's also ea in the Pod, Mimi or Motherhood. Yes, I will admit I love to torture myself and look at maternity clothes on-line , why do I do that to myself?!
So, I had my ovulation sono today and we could definitely see 2 collapsed follies and the third big one was missing so we think that all 3 went. It is hard to tell because all my little ones grew to be pretty large. I'll have a million cysts after this, oh well. I'm very pleased with 3 so that's what I'm going to choose to believe!
Don't know why, but this one cracks me up...

Re: hullabaloo
Dona- I can't blame you a bit. I get aggrevated with Todd when I've been gone just a few hours and he's done nada.
Jen- What great news! Three is perfect! Go, Spermies! Thanks for the shopping suggestions. I hadn't thought of some of those.
I think Kris was supposed to test today. If she doesn't post in like the next 3 minutes, I'll call her this evening.
I like this one. What's that about?

Re: hullabaloo
Dona - Well, I guess I can't help out with the job search in anyway. I really didn't expect that I could but you never know! I would imagine that it might be difficult to find jobs like that, somewhat specialized.
KC - Oh yes, let us know if you talk to Kris! Hopefully she'll post.

Re: hullabaloo
So what happened to Kris????
Jen, that is awesome news! Makes me happy.
And KC, it seems that Jen hit the nail on the head on places where you can find some CUTE dresses for the wedding.
Dona...I am so sorry girl...I really hope he finds something soon...FOR ALL OF YOU. I can't imagine how stressful that must all be. ARe y'all looking all over the state or just in the area?
Heather, no calls yet. I will let you know as soon as I get one though...so at least you know they are checking!

Re: hullabaloo
Hello Gals...
Dona- That is a lot of load for your shoulders to bare. I figured you were probably at your wits end, I know I would be to. I have a sister whose DH has been layed off quite a few times and I just don't know how she does it. I hope he finds something soon for everyone's peace of mind. You are such a hard working momma! plus, Keith is probably depressed and in a slump too, it has to be hard for him, for some guyys its like questioning their manhood. You are such a trooper and I hope he can get some fabulous job so you can not have to work anymore. I hear you on the dishes and laundry...it must be a guy thing.
Jennifer-What a great report! I that this one works like a charm...or two...or three! (deep breathes, I am just kidding on the three!)
KC-Good luck in the dres hunt...it can be fairly maddening....is this a really dressy affair?
Molly- Glad you made it back! I think she will be calling early next week...at least that is my guess. Any big trips coming up for you? And you are right, that is a nauty little icon!
These are some of my favorites...
I have been in and out of interviews all day and meetings. I need to hire a few more students but luckily I have had some good ones so far.
DFW people--Y'all stay warm, I hear it is up there!

Re: hullabaloo
Anna is sick! She woke up from her nap with 102 temp. Tylenol brought it right down to 99, but she still feels cruddy. I hope today isn't too much of a beating...the girls have been sick a lot this year (Amelia has already had two ear infections!). I think its because we have been getting out more doing things.

Re: hullabaloo
Kat- Good luck getting ready for and dealing with the inlaws!
Heather- You are always such a busy girl! When should you hear about the job.
Dona needs one of these! Or THREE!!
Karen- I hope Anna gets better quick!
Molly- That washer one is too freaking funny!
I wasn't able to get ahold of Kris. I'm thinking that it probably isn't a good sign that I didn't hear from her.
The wedding is a very casual affair. They are getting married in my parents front yard Indy 500 weekend. She is definitely not wearing a traditional dress. I'm not sure she isn't going to wear Riatas. My options are limited though. The don't exactly make maternity riatas. Her colors are shades of turquoise/teal. I think I'll just have to keep my eyes open as Easter stuff comes out. Most everything right now is black, gray and brown. Not exactly bright enough!
I'm at home today. The weather is really shitty. We got snow this morning that actually stuck! It's raining/sleeting/something now, but it's still right around freezing. The snow doesn't seem to be in a big hurry to leave. My ob appt got canceled. They didn't even open their office today. It was rescheduled for next week. I'm off to go fix some lunch while I can eat in peace! (Kian is napping).

Re: hullabaloo
Hello Everybodyyyyy! (said like Grover)
KC- Kris did post on CM and it wasn't good.
Heather- Thanks for setting everything up
Howdy to everyone else.
Just trying to figure this place out... My brain really is getting to the point where I don't like any more change. You know? (meaning...FF, CM, here). Does that make sense?

Re: hullabaloo
Laura, you and I are cut from the same cloth! I am with you on the change thing...I think that means we're old...
The smilies are funny though...I love reading everyone's post.
I am just sick about Kris. Things seem so unfair to me. I really thought this would be *it* for her...
KC, we are stuck inside, too. Anna not feeling well and steady COLD rain today. Did I mention we had snow flurries earlier this week? It was fun...the girls and I had fun without getting our feet wet! Hmmmm...now Anna's sick...

Re: hullabaloo
Change! I hate change! Coasting is so much easier!
Kris- I feel so bad for you! I sure hope the RE makes a humongous difference for you!
I baked (yes, Kris, I actually cooked them) fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies yesterday, and Kian wouldn't eat them!! He likes the dough, though!
Gotta go to a siminar. Been looking for a chance to use that one!

Re: hullabaloo
I just got into work a little while ago - we delayed opening until 10. Anyhoo, we got quite a bit more snow up in my neck of woods last night so it was very pretty this morning! Dallas really got nothing. I couldn't believe it when I was driving down - it progressively was less and less to nothing. I love snow days and it's Friday!!
