Alone at last! All the family has finally cleared out. Don't get me wrong. I'm glad they came and really appreciate the help, but it was time. Dani is doing great. She was up to 6lb and 5 oz last Friday when we went for a weight check. She's not setting any records, but the doc was happy with it. We have 2 follow up appts next week. ONe with the surgeon about her belly and one to get a kidney scan. They are both just to make sure everything is fine.
H- Your trip sounds great! I love F-burg. Your poor friend! I just can't understand how someone can suddenly pick up and leave without discussing problems or changing things.
Jen- I'm glad all of your tests are going so well! Todd went to all of my appts, but I know a lot of men don't. I peed in a cup, checked weight and bp, got measured like Heather said, and got to hear baby's hb. They do tell you what to expect like what tests are coming up and stuff. ALso, it was nice to have him there to think of things that I didn't. It won't be long before you can feel that little one move!!
Kat- I'm so excited that you are going to get to start another round so soon!!

I was afraid you were going to have to put it off again. It will be well worth skipping the vacation! What a relief that Baxter is OK! I know that had to be really stressful! Remind me, what was the original problem?
To make a long story really short, we have a new car....again. We were getting ready to buy an extended warranty and new tires for the old one. Todd went to get prices, and the salesman showed him we could put the same money down on a new one and come out with smaller monthly payments. Plus the new one has a few things on it the old one didn't: bench seat in the middle (always wanted), split bench in the back, 6 disc changer, back up sensor, so on and so on. Oh, and it's white. Not my favorite, but OK. Men!
