I was told that the doctor has experience with Graves' and that if I want another baby, they could help me. I go on May 5th. I can't wait! I also hope the meds my regular endo put me on will be alright. I have read that they aren't recommened for a pg so hopefully, this doc will know of something else to put me on.

Me too, Jenny! I should have gone to a RE after my 1st loss because of my age. I guess hind site is 20/20, huh?

Jenny, how did your 1st RE appointment go? Should I bring a list of questions?

Yes, I would bring a list of questions. I didn't, and I just sat there like a big dummy trying to think of everything I wanted to ask about. While he did let me ask questions at the end, he pretty much wouldn't let me talk while he was explaining and going through all my records. I wasn't too impressed with him. He was just so routine that it was way too impersonal for me. The way I honestly felt during the consult was that I was just simply another female reproductive tract for him to figure out...not a real person with feelings...KWIM? But I hope things go much better with yours! Good luck!
