Default Hi Ladies!

I may be new here, maybe not. I have just gone through two losses, my first at 10wks in Oct and my second, today at 12wks. I had a D&C and while under sadation, my heartrate was in the 130-140s. I have hand and foot tremors, numbness of my limbs and hot flashes. I went to my PCP yesterday to see what was going on with my tremors, he didn't know so has referred me to a neurologist, I go in two weeks. However, the anistigiolost (sp?) told me today that he thinks I have hyperthyroidism. He says the symptoms are similar to MS symptoms so I may not need all these tests that my PCP told me about yesterday.

So, my question is, do these symptoms sound familiar to you? Did you go through losses before being dx with hyperthyroidism?

TIA!

Never mind, I do have Grave's Disease. I will start meds today.

However, have any of you experienced losses due to Grave's Disease?

Hi Colleen, first I wanted to thank you for referring me to this board, and also tell you that I am so sorry for your loss! I guess I had thought you were preg., but when I saw your post to me today, I wasn't so sure, and hadn't realized that it just happened. I will be praying for you. As of right now I know nothing about Thyroid issues. But I do plan to read up on it today and tomorrow. I'll let you know if I find anything helpful for this board. Take care!

Jenny, I can understand why you thought I was pg, I've been pg twice and have had two losses since Oct. 04. Thank you incompetent OB!

I'm going to start the sticky threads with the info. I'm going to start the hyperthyroid sticky...and add the hypothyroid in a bit. I still have lots of research to do, so it will get done in due time. I'm going to try to seperate the TTC links and pg links as I feel both would be helpful.
