Default hi

Let me just start out by stating that I AM NOT TTC.I do however have a history of thyroid problems and have 4 children.
My daughter now 8 was the first to be diagnosed with Congenital hypothyroidism and I would love to meet another mom whose child has this condition. She was not picked up until the screening picked it up at 2 weeks[im in the uk].
I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism when she was 9 months old.
After 6 years of being on thyroxine and at 5 months pregnant with Nathan i became thyrotoxic and had switched to over active thyroid. No one knows why.I took a course of anti thyroid meds and Nathan was closely monitored.
Just after he was born Nathan was diagnosed with Neonatal Graves disease.[over active].Infact we were warned that he might not pull through.

Nathan developed a brief spell of hypothyroidism after that but is now well.
I had my throid removed last year and now take 175mg of thyroxine and lots of calcium.
Anyhow just thought i WOULD SAY HI.
