Icon10 Am I alone? Have Albright Hereditary Osteodystrophy.....

Hey all, this is my first post but I was completely at a loss for words when I found a preg message board that dealt with thyroid issues. I have a parathyroid disease called Albright Hereditary Osteodystrophy (AKA Pseudohypoparathyoidism) this is my fourth child which is almost odd since most women I know have either no fertility or secondary infertility with this. I'll try and steer clear of the medical jargon but wanted to know if anyone was in remotely the same boat as I?
As I said this is #4 we have Alex who is 10, he is perfectly healthy with no genetic signs of PHP, Jaden is 8 and has the worst case out of the kids, Autumn is 27 months and so far so good, she has it as well but is within 6 months of being on track for most everything, Jaden and Autumn both have hypothyroidism as a "side effect" of the PHP, I can't get a Dr to pull his/her head out of their arse in this state to do anything with me and I wasn't diagnosed until I was 25 so I have animately done my research and tend to tell the Drs what I want done. It's VERY hard and SO very frustrating.Ok I'm trying not to write a book lol and now all of a sudden I have IMs coming out of the woodwork, I'm due in June just found out for sure I'm preg... have to get my butt in gear at least I know what to do this time around. Just wanted to see if anyone else had a clue what this is and maybe I could have someone in the same boat I'm in to bounce some ideas around with.
Thanks and hope to hear some good feedback

Hugs,
Carrie

I have hypothyroidism and am dealing with secondary infertility. I am not familiar with yours. I am sorry, I am not any help. I do wish you all the best with your pregnancy and I am glad you know what is going on now.
