From what you guys said and what I've read about PCOS, it sounds like a case-by-case basis. I don't know if the dr saw something in my bloodwork that made him think I didn't have it or what. I'll be going on clomid when I start TTC due to a history of anovulation, but I think if it doesn't work in the first few cycles I might ask to add metformin.
