Our group has grown so much I am having trouble keeping up so everyone post a little something about yourself here so we know who you are and where you are in this process.

I am Keri I am married to Mike and we have been married for almost three years now. I have a daughter Makenzie who was born November 19, 2005 and who is expecting a baby brother due June 1st. I am currently 31 weeks pregnant.

I was diagnosed with PCOS July of 2004 and Makenzie was conceived on 2000mg of Metformin and 100mg of Clomid February 21stish 2005. Kolton was concevied spantaniously completely unmedicated sometime in early September.

My name is Jennifer and I was diagnosed with PCOS in late 2004. I have a dd, Abigail, that was conceived on metformin and femara. I am currently on bc for two more months and then we will be trying for #2. I will go for two month naturally and then see my re about going back on femara with metformin.

hi my name is brynn and i'm 27. i've been married to danny for a little over a year and a half. we've been ttc for 8 months, and i'll be starting my 5th clomid cycle (100mg)next month. i was diagnosed with pcos in september 06, and am not insulin resistant so i'm not on metformin. hoping for #1 very soon!!

Hi my name is Vanessa Wissner. I am 24 years old have been married since 11/18/06, and TTC for 3 years. Six rounds of Clomid, an HSG, and semen analysis for DH- good results. First appointment with RE on 3/20-(diag. with PCOS that day!) He started me Metformin 1000mg's for the first month even though I am not insulin resistance- according to bloodwork, Met is suspose to help with O's Then after a month of Met. when I get new CD I am calling the office he wants to start me on Femara, do a u/s, and if follicles good look, a trigger shot.

Hi, I'm Amy. I'm 26, have been married since January '03 and TTC since October '06. I had a pulmonary emoblism in Jan. '05 and was diagnosed with PCOS in Dec. '05. Due to the p.e. I am a slow starter on the fertility treatments, as hormones pose an additional health risk to me. I am currently on 1500mg of Metformin and waiting to start first round with Femara.

Hello all~ My name is Nichole, I am married to Justin since 2002 but we have been together for 12yrs in May. Have been ttc since 2001 1st OBGYN didn't catch that I had PCOS and so all of the 1st clomid rounds we did were w/out met, which I should have been on! After changing OB's she instantly caught the PCOS and placed me on met 1500mg, yet all clomid cycles failed. After a recent m/c I saw a RE, was placed on bcp's, and with the next cycle will get prep'd for 1st IVF. I am very very hopefull and so is dh, currently trying to get body ready. My name is Shannon and I've been married to my husband Bill now for 6 1/2 years. We have never been pregnant, but have been trying all that time.

I am new on this site...well kind of. I was on here a little over a year ago, but just now re-registered to get some support and read all of the wonderful success stories!!!

I have been on Met 1500mg for years and am undergoing the process for an IUI right now. Giving myself shots of Lupron currently, as well as the 1500mg of Met and being on birth control.

We KNOW this will work because we have faith that it will and are being positive!!! Our RE is awesome so fingers crossed

Lap surgery August 15, 2007~NO ENDO/CYST Covered in "SCAR TISSUE" from infection? that was removed, HSG tubes cleared out again.
Waiting for post op appt with RE- "CLEAR" and ready to go again~1000 mgs Metformin, 2.5 mgs Femara 2x a day(five days), 75 iu of follistim(six days),Novarel (trigger) w/FOUR mature follicles ~ BFP 10/26!!!! Miscarriage @ Five weeks
Af 12/26-(63 day cycle-Provera induced)-40 mm cyst--Currently on BCP-
Starting Femara/follistim/Metformin 1/22/08-SIX mature follicles-BFP-2/17/08~M/C #2
April 16-HSG-ALL CLEAR! Some scar tissue on left side..but CLEAR!
Diagonsed with autoimmune disease will need Levenox and baby aspirin a day starting on cd 16...
