Hi there! I'm not new to SK or the PCOS board, but it's been a while since I've been here. I was diagnosed with PCOS last summer after ttc for a little over 2 years. I was on birth control and metformin for 3 months before we began Clomid, IUIs and Metformin. After 1 unsuccessful IUI, another unsuccessful cycle (overstimulated ovaries), we finally conceived our DD in December 2005. She was born a month early on July 31st. I am currently still breastfeeding, but have slowly begun to offer her more expressed milk in hopes that my af will return. I'm pretty sure I will wean completely by the end of January, especially if af is still MIA. We would like to start ttc #2 in mid/late spring.

So any BTDT PCOS moms out there? Specifically, I'd like to know if history repeated itself or did pregnancy somehow kick your hormones into working order? Did you breastfeed? If so, how long did it take AF to return?

TIA! I have an appointment with my OB/GYN in mid January. I'm going to ask her what my next step is, but I have a funny feeling I'll be back with my RE in a few months.
