Please help

I am going to make this as short as possible, but it may be hard. It took about a year to concieve my son, with the help of Clomid. Just two cycles though. Well a few months ago, 15 months after birth, I started to have some pain in my stomach and went to the doctor. She said it sounded like PCOS. She said that in my ultrasound that I had while pregnant with my son, they saw some cysts. NEVER mentioned it to me the whole pregnancy. Would of never mentioned it if I hadn't been in for stomach pain. They ran some blood tests, did an ultrasound and found nothing!! I also failed the 1 hour glucose test, but passed the 3 hour while pregnant. Not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. The doc basically has just dismissed me. Said it may be scar tissue from my c-section, but it does not hurt where the scar is. It feels bruised and ONLY hurts the first 2 or 3 days of my cycle. Which are always almost regular. Within a few days anyway. I am overweight also. I love my doc, but I WANT to know why this pain. The nurse just says its PCOS. So my long drawn out question is, does this sound like PCOS? I am a bit hairy, but not in abnormal places. No mustache or beard. Does anyone else have pain? so so so confused.....

Hi Carissa my name is Kimberly and I am the Host of PCOS and I have PCOS as well. I wanted to say to you if I were you I would get a 2nd opinion I am no Dr. but having pain like you are describing is something that I would not allow a Dr. to basically pin on a disease if they are not 100% sure. I hope that you find the answer and soon. I can tell you that my mom had pain like that and they found out that she had endo on her bowels and a few other places and they were able to remove the majority of it and her pain finally went away. I have been thinking that. I may just go to my primary doc. I will probably wait until af shows again and go while the pain is there so I can tell him exactly where its at. I had knee surgery 2 years ago and that scar feels nothing like what my c-sec scar does. So I don't think its scar tissue pain. Why would it be at just the first couple days of af? Thanks for your reply!!
