In general, the IVF rates are great, with our without PCOS/PCO. It really depends on the clinic. Most clinics do not post what the specific problem was i.e. PCO, Male Factor, etc with their success stats but I would think that the PCO would be controlled when you are medicated for IVF. I have PCO and for my IVF this summer, my doc upped my Glucophage to 2000 mgs a day, but my PCO seems to be controlled with the Gluc.
IVF rates are generally 50% success rate or better, depending on the clinic.
