Default Newbie TTC #2 with PCOS

Hi I am a Newbie here and I was wanting to see if anyone can help me with information. I have a 5 year old that I was able to conceive naturally after four months of trying. At the time I was unaware that I had PCOS, I didn't know that I had PCOS until my DH and I started to try for #2. My son was 1 1/2 when we decided to start trying again. When I delivered my son by C-Section I was told that I have 2 complete uterus's, my cervix only goes to one uterus and I only have one ovary in each uterus. I have been taking Metformin for the last year. For six months I went back on birth control to get myself regular. I went off BC 6 months ago and have had a cycle sense then. I have taken Clomid before and I am getting ready to try it again in hopes that I will finally be blessed with number 2.
Does anyone have any information that they can give to me regarding things that I should be or shouldn't be doing.
