Hi,
I am 35 and just diagnosed with PCOS. Not that I didn't see it coming. Since I have always followed a slightly alternative path to wellness and medical issues, I just can't jump on the metformin train just yet. I want to be sure to try all the natural/alternative therapies out there first. I've read two book -- PCOS by Collette Harris (filled with natural info) and PCOS and Your Feritlity by Harris and Theresa Cheung. As for web info, I am looking at the website womentowomen.com. I really liked this article and its approach:
Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
Anyone else reading these books or following the Women to Women program? Please let me know! And ps, glad to have found you all. I'm feeling such a sense of relief right now.
