Hello everyone!

My name is Shannon and I've been married to my hubby Bill for 6 1/2 years now. We've been TTC the entire time, but started with an RE about 3 years ago.

We are in the process of preparing for an IUI. I am on 1500mg of Metformin daily as well as on BC for this and daily shots of Lupron. Unfortunately, our insurance doesn't cover any fertility treatments. It only covers diagnosis of infertility. So it's gonna be expensive!! That's ok though because the outcome is worth it!

We are VERY positive that it will work for us because we have faith that it will. If any of you are feeling really depressed and negative that these processes aren't working for you, there is a book you should get called, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne. It is SO awesome and I have NO doubt that many of you have read it already. It is #1 on the Best Seller list right now and I think it will change the way you look at things!

Anyways...we're staying positive and hoping for a positive

I have not read the book The Secret. I think I will defiantely go to barnes and noble and checked it out. Sometimes I do get depressed and a little down when af shows. Although, I have faith and I know when it is time it will happen. Therefore, I TRY to stay positive because I believe staying positive and knowing it will happen can make it happen.
