Default Hey all new here!

My name is Gina. I'm 29 and am married. I have a 3 1/2 yr old ds. It took 2 years of ttc to get pregnant with him. I did 5 rounds of clomid at 100mg with no luck. I quit the clomid and 5 mths later after giving up I got preggers. Always the way right?

Well I've finally decided I really would like to have another child. I had a hard labor and delivery with my son so it took me awhile to get in the right mind to do it again. I also was not looking forward to the ttc band wagon and all it entails.

I have had PCOS since I was 20. I normally have 60 day cycles. I have went the natural route since March. I have started cutting my sugars, exercising and weight training at least 3x's a week, and drinking butt loads of green tea. I've also added pom juice recently hoping it will help also.

I have had 4 mths of normal cycles. Less than 35 days each. This is awesome for me. I'm thrilled. NO met. No glu. All natural.

I have not had blood tests to make sure I'm offically ovulating but I did do opk test this month and got a positive. I'm hoping this will be my month. But I'm cautious and not holding my breath.

I think I am really ovulating because I don't get normal cycles otherwise. I'm going to get to test on OCT 11th! I'm so excited I can't wait. I really am hoping to see a

Can't wait to chat with you ladies!!

Anyone else going completely natural?? What else has helped others?

Tyggereye,

Are you still around? I am curious to know how you are doing.

I was just diagnosed with PCOS last month and I am not looking forward to being on Glucophage for the rest of my life. My mother has Type 2 Diabetes and she thinks her cocktail of medications (including Glucophage) is what destoyed her kidneys.

I'm not a fan of drugs, but I am also desperate to have a baby so I'l comply...for now.
