I had my first ob ultrasound this morning and everything looked perfect and right on schedule. The nurse explained that they only anticipated seeing a little bit and not to get upset if they didn't see much because it is still early. We saw the sac and the yolk sac inside. I go back in two weeks for another scan and after seeing the heartbeat I will be released to my regualr ob/gyn.
I am so thrilled. It looks like we have one perfect little healthy bean.

By the way, Jen, I just wanted to say that it seems *impossible* to me that you are already 6 weeks along! It seems like time is just flying by! I'm sure you didn't feel that way when you were having that little bit of spotting, but seriously, 6 weeks already! Wow! I can't wait 'till your next one, when you can see more details! I'm so happy for you!
