Winner for January Cooking Contest is SSARNOLD

A healthy, tasty alternative to Fried Chicken.

Breaded Baked Chicken

Chicken pieces, skinless
Unflavored bread crumbs
paprika
onion powder
garlic powder
pepper
1 egg

Mix paprika, onion powder, garlic powder with bread crumbs. Amounts of spices vary according to how spicy you like it. Go easy on the paprika for a milder taste.
Add black pepper to taste and mix well.
Beat an egg in a bowl. Dip skinless chicken pieces in egg then dip in breadcrumb mixture until chicken pieces are well-coated on all sides.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min-hour. For a browner touch, remove cover for last 15 minutes of baking.

Optional: To make a sweeter chicken "cranberry breaded chicken", spread a can of cranberry sauce over the chicken.

Congrats!!!!
