Stovetop Chicken

A super easy & yummy way to bread chicken.
Empty contents of a box of stovetop stuffing into a blender or food processor. Process until it is the consistancy of bread crumbs. Wash chicken breasts & coat in bread crumbs. Spray pan with spray oil. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

Campout BBQ Chicken (dutch oven recipe)

1 bag quick frozen chicken tenderloins
2 large onions
2 bottles of your favorite bbq sauce
oil to brown chicken breast

Brown chicken breast at campsite in dutch oven (or cheat like we do and brown them in the oven at home and put back in bag they come in. Will keep if you are going to cook the next night in a cooler).
Put chicken, sliced onions, and bbq sauce in dutch oven. Cook over campfire until hot and bubbly.

This won an award at a camp jamboree and my son cooking (He is an Eagle Scout BTW)

Sorry I'm so late, but I have been dealing with Katrina!

Mom made these when I was growing up and passed this recipe on to me. They are soft and gooey and are always a big hit with anyone who is lucky enough to get one!

Disappearing Brownies

1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butterscotch chips and butter over low heat. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Spread batter into a greased 9 inch pan.

Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Center will be jiggly, but becomes firm when cool.

Cut into squares when cool.
