It's Oh so Tenderloin!
1 Pork Tenderloin(an average size)
1/2 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup veggie oil
2 TBSP's of honey or 1/4 Cup b.sugar
1/2 cup red wine
1 small ginger root - grated
4 stalks of green onion - cut up
Place tenderloin in a large casserole dish(one that can have a lid otherwise it'll make a mess of your oven). Mix together all the other ingrediants and pour overtop. Let marinade for at least 1-2 hours(longer the better) in the fridge and occasionally spoon the marinade on top of the tenderloin or turn it over. Place in 350F oven until done-may take 30-40 minutes depending on the oven..they always vary, so keep an eye on it. Voila!
