I love cakes and have many recipes. This one can be found alHere's one of my favourite cake recipes:

Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons baking cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup baking cocoa
1 3/4 cups very hot water

1. Heat oven to 350ºF.
2. Mix flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, the baking powder and salt in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches (I usually use a glass pan). Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread in pan.
3. Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter. Pour water over batter.
4. Bake about 40 minutes or until top is dry. ^
5. Spoon warm cake into dessert dishes. Top with ice cream. Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.

Love it with vanilla ice cream. Yummy

Clean your chicken pat dry place in the cooking bag

In a bowl put dressing, basel, salt/pepper, and garlic mix together. Pour this mixture in the cooking bag and tie up, place in refrigerator for about 2 hours, so chicken can marinate.

Set oven to 350, and cook for approx 45 minutes, for the last 10 minutes open bag so chicken can get brown.

Authentic Spinach Pie

2 packages- each 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
16 ounces crumbled feta cheese (2 blocks - 8 ounces each)
5 large eggs
1 medium onion chopped
1/4 C. dried chopped parsley
2 TBSP's dried dill weed
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

20 sheets of filo dough (approx.)
( Athen's brand now comes in a box w/ 2 packages in it containing about
20 sheets each, you can find it in the freezer section of the grocery
near the puff pastry)
1-2 sticks of butter, or Pam/oil type spray (for lower fat, but not NEARLY as good! )
FIRST...take dough out of box and set on counter about 5 minutes before making filling.
(SECOND) FILLING:
In a large bowl, combine spinach ( drained & thawed), eggs, onion, dill, parsley, salt & pepper. Mix throughly, then add the feta in smaller sized crumbles. Stir until well mixed.

THIRD In a 9x13 pan, spray or brush bottom of pan with butter or spray. Start with one layer of filo dough, carefully peal it form other layers, and lay it inthe bottom of pan. If sides overlap, fold and as you go, lay in order to make pie even. After you lay first layer, brush with butter or spray.

Lay down at least 8-9 layers.
Pile filling on top of layers, spreading carefully until it reaches sides.
Last, add another layer of filo dough on top of filling, then brush with butter, another layer....repeat process for another 8-9 layers.

Bake in 350* oven for approx 50 minutes ( oven time may vary 5-10 minutes more or less so watch it the first time so you know!!)

Pie is done when filling is bubbly and crust is golden brown.

FYI...this is a fmaily recipe and it is TO DIE FOR!! I think it is better than any you can find at a restaurant. and my kids LOVE IT

Dion's Easy Crispy Chicken Strips

My oldest LOVES these and likes to help me make them, hence the name

What you will need

- 1 lb of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets
- 2 tbs Light Whipped Dressing
- 1 cup Favorite seasoned wheat crackers, well crushed
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, finely grated

Preheat oven to 400. Gently combine cheese and crackers in a bowl and set aside. Next... Clean and dry Chicken Fillets and then lightly brush with Light Whipped Dressing. Place Chicken strip in the crackers and cheese, cover with mixture and firmly press down until strip is well coated. Arrange coated strips on a cookie sheet and transfer to oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is well cooked.
