Hi everyone. Can someone please make me the following graphic:

I would like a candle and maybe a sleeping baby with the words: "Matty-Ray; 18 November 2007; Gone to Soon" somewhere in the graphic. Words can be in any order. I am in kind of a bind and would like it by the 18th, if someone is up for it. Thanks a lot!
