I did a ROUGH draft of one but I'm sure you can make on that looks much nicer...
It's the same size as the "New to Cycle Buddies" blinkie you made me. Use any font that looks cute, I just attached that draft because I like those colors and design but I don't think the font really matches, so you choose.
Add any blinkieness or glitterness you see fit! (are those words?)
How is this? Sorry it took me so long. It took a little longer then I thought to find the perfect polka dots. If it's to flashy for you just let me know & I'll change it.
