Welcome to Spring. Officially. Almost all of us have made it through a long, hard winter and we finally get to enjoy ourselves outside in the beauty. We get to send the kids out to play. Pretty soon we will all be enjoying a warm Summer and vacations by the sea (or mountains if you prefer) before you know it. Time does fly when you're a mom. So let's all just stop and take some time to smell the new flowers and enjoy our beautiful Spring weather.

We have some comings and goings in our staff here at Graphic Central. We have to say goodbye to Tami (Tami-W) who has been with us for many years on the Blinkie board.
She has been a great friend to me and I am going to miss her greatly on a personal level as well. But she will be hanging out at SK so it's not a permanent goodbye.
We welcome to our Custom Signature board a new face and talent.
Her name is Cindy (firstimemommy) and she already does great work for our members.
We also have a new host on our Blinkie board. Her name is Amanda (CATZ) and she is creating blinkies for all of our members at an incredible pace. Please welcome both of these ladies if you happen to drop on by to request something. They are both very talented.

There are several new boards at SheKnows that I'm sure a lot of us could benefit from.

Hi everyone! We know many of you are members of our great site Points & Prizes and we wanted to let you know that changes are coming! We have recently launched a new look to P&P and within the next couple of weeks the site is going to be complete. And while this still seems hard to believe, I guess I've won the March contest for the Cooking Smart Recipe contest. So yay for me. My winning recipe is actually from my MIL. She always made this for Easter Sunday. It just seemed to brighten the table.

Veda's Strawberry Salad

Ingredients
2-3oz pkgs strawberry jello
2-10oz pkgs frozen strawberries
1 can (1 lb 4oz) crushed pineapple
2 bananas
1 C. sour cream
1-3oz pkg cream cheese

Dissolve jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add unthawed strawberries until separated.
Add undrained pineapple and mashed bananas. Mix well.
Pour half of mixture into 9" square baking pan. Chill until set. Let rest of mixture sit at room temperature.
Whip together sour cream and cream cheese. Spread over first layer.
Top with remaining mixture of jello. Chill until set.
Makes 12 servings.

We have lots of forums here...Photography, Signature Fun-which includes, Blinkies, Glitter Names and Custom Signatures and Graphics. The hosts have added tutorials in each category if you would like to learn any of these graphics arts. Please read through the tutorials and have a go at it. And please show us what you make. We'd love to see. We are also very open to having volunteers and/or Hosts in our requests forums. Please inquire within about becoming a volunteer if you know how to make blinkies, glitters, siggies or graphics of any kind. If you have any other questions, something you would like to know about any of these fields, please let us know and we will give you the answer in the following newsletter next month.
