Default Sweet & Ginger Beef

ING
2 lbs roast
1 cup cheap as you like sherry
1/2 cup ketchup
6 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinagar
1/2 teaspoon ginger (I use shredded ginger)
1/2 beef stock made from stock cube (OXO)

Singe / brown the beef in a frying pan to seal in the flavour.

add all the ingredients to your clow cooker and pop in the singed / browned beef.

cook for 6 - 8 hours (or longer).

When cooked lift onto chopping board and shred the beef using two forks.

with the sauce pour into pan over medium heat and mix in some gravy granules to thicken up.

serve with roasties & veg of your choice YUM!

These photos of Hollie were taken on my
phone camera so they are not of good quality.
However I felt I just had to show off
how grown up looking she is now.
