Rice Pudding in crockpot
1 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. white or brown sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
3 tbsp. soft butter
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Lightly grease the sides of the crock pot, then pour everything into crock pot.
3. Cook on high 1 to 2 hours, stirring after a half hour.
