INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (about 4 lbs) pork loin roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 (14 to 16 ounces) can crushed pineapple
- 1 can cranberry sauce, whole cranberry
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
PREPARATION:
Season pork loin roast with salt and pepper, and place in slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.
To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
We had this for dinner last night and it was delicious!!!
