Here's a twist in your traditional roast
1 bag (16 ounces) BABY CARROTS
4-6 RUSSET POTATOES, peeled and cubed
2-3 pound BEEF ROAST
1/2 ONION, thinly sliced
1 cup ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
*Place carrots and potatoes on bottom of greases 4 1/2-6 quart slow cooker.
*Place beef over top
*Lay onion on top of roast.
*Pour dressing on top of beef.
*Cover and cook on low for heat for 8-10 hours.
*Makes 6-8 servings.
