Leslie, do you have the FIX IT AND FORGET IT cookbook? That's the BEST cookbook for slow cooker recipes in my opinion. In fact, I just posted a couple of recipes from there just now.

Anyhoo, I use mine about the same, although not lately. I have been "trying" to gourmet cook lately, but it kills my grocery bill. So, pretty soon it's back to crock pot "cuisine"!!

More in the winter time with soups, chili, and stews and I am working (school teacher )

I like to use mine at least 2 times a week. My little one is so fussy around dinner time that it just makes it too stressful to try to cook with one crying and the other one wanting to "help". This way I can do the big part earlier in the day (when little one is asleep), and then throw together a salad and/or steam some veggies to go with it!

I try to use mine at least once a week because it sure does make for an easy dinner day!

I use it 2-3 times a week!

During the winter I use it 4-5 times/week. In the summer, my husband prefers to do a lot of grilling outdoors, so it's about 1 time every other week.
