Default Crockpot Roast

I put a little virgin olive oil in the bottom

I slice (thinly) onions and garlic and put them in. I put the roast on top.
Carrot and Potato Cubes are added. I let it cook all day. It is so tender and yummy it's unbelevable, I season my roast with onion soup mix also and add some water.
