Here's a dessert fixing in your SC/CP
1 can (29 ounces) SLICES PEACHES, drained w/ juice reserved
2/3 cup OLD FASHIONED OATMEAL (not instant)
1 cup BISQUICK
1/2 teaspoon CINNAMON
1/2 cup BROWN SUGAR, firmly packed
*Pour peaches into greased 2 1/2-3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
*Mix Oatmeal, Bisquick, and peach juice together in a large bowl and spoon over peaches.
*Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over top.
*Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
*Makes 6-8 servings.
*Serve warm with a scoop of your favorite vanilla ice cream
