INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper, to taste
PREPARATION:
Put steak cubes in crockpot with butter, cream of mushroom soup, paprika, onion, and water. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high 1 hour then low 4 to 6 hours. Add sour cream during last 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve with Pasta, Rice or Potatoes.
