Default yummy pasta

  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 16-oz jar Pasta sauce (I like Classico 4 cheese sauce)
  • 8 to 10 oz pasta (spaghetti, elbows, or whatever you have on hand)
  • 1-1/2 to 2 cups grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella or combination of both)
  • Brown meat, crumble as it cooks; drain add onion and cook until onion is limp
  • Add pasta sauce, reduce heat and simmer a few minutes
  • Correct seasoning if necessary
  • Cook pasta in boiling salted water until done; drain well and add to sauce
  • Toss well and place mixture into a 9x13" baking dish
  • Top with a generous amount of cheese
  • Bake at 350° about 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubblyserve with a salad and garlic bread...
I also like to have cheese sticks with this recipe as well
