Crusted shrimp ceasar salad

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 packages of pre breaded shrimp(cooked according to package)
Head of romaine lettuce washed and torn
grated parmesean
and your ceasar salad dressing

*you can substitue chicken for the shrimp...

WHAT TO DO:
combine the shrimp romaine top with parmesaen and dressing. __________________

Easy Chicken Tetrazini

1 pkg Whole Wheat Spaghetti
1 large can chicken meat (can substitute turkey)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp ground sea salt (eye ball it, can be left out for salt sensitive)
1/4 tsp pepper

Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in saucepan combine soup, 1/2 soup can of water, meat and spices. Heat through. Add cheese and stir in a figure eight. Take off heat. Drain spaghetti and combine with sauce. Serve with a salad and a vegetable.
