Default Sauteed Garlic Shrimp and Spinach Over Pasta

Purchase a bag of frozen SHELLED/DEVEINED shrimp (15-20 shrimp),a bag of fresh baby spinach (pre-cleaned), jar of chopped garlic, jar of sun dried tomatotes and cooking wine. You also need olive oil and penne pasta.

Cook the pasta according to instructions. Thaw your shrimp and rinse in water.- drain it and set to side. Pour 2 tbsp of olive oil in a heated skillet. Drop in garlic to taste (i like a tbsp) with spinach (add seasoning you like salt and pepper will also do). Let it cook down - then add shrimp and sundried tomatoes. Cook until shrimp turn pink and then add 1/4 cup of cooking wine. Simmer for two minutes and turn off flame.

Drain pasta and put back into the pot it cooked in. Pour shrimp spinach mixture over drained pasta and mix together. Now it is ready to serve.

The key to this recipe is to buy all ingredients that are "ready to serve" in the list. This recipe shld take you only 30 minutes to prepare and it will taste like a gourmet dish!

Enjoy!
