pork and rice dinner
pork and rice
you can use left over pork roast or boil bonless pork...
use the stock for the water to cook rice in.
4 cups stock or chicken broth
2 cups rice
1-2 cups pork
bring stock to a boil,
add ingredients
cook on simmer for 25 minutes, untill rice is done and water is absorbed.
serve with corn bread or biscuits.
serve with corn on the cob and corn bread
