Mexican Chicken Casserole
1 dozen corn tortillas, cut into 1" squares
6 cooked chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 onion, grated
1 cup green chile peppers, diced
1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
Butter large baking dish
Mix soups, milk, onion and green chile peppers together
Layer tortilla squares, chicken and soup mixture
Repeat
Cover with grated cheese
Refrigerate overnight
Bake 1-1/2 to 2 hours at 300
