Macaroni and Ham Casserole
Macaroni and Ham Casserole
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 7 to 8 ounces uncooked macaroni
- 1 cup diced ham
- pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Sauté the bell pepper and onion in butter for 5 minutes.
- Add ham and continue cooking until thoroughly heated.
- Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
- Combine all ingredients, except cheese; pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until bubbly.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bake just until melted.
Serves 4
