Ground beef casserole
GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE
1 lb. of ground beef
1 chopped med. onion
1 c. of grated cheese
4-5 med. potatoes
1 can of (cream of mushroom) soup
Start by browning your ground beef together with onions, drain all fat. Place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add grated cheese on top of meat. Peel potatoes and slice (thin or short) and place over cheese. Heat your soup together with a can of water and mix well. Pour on top of potatoes. Place in oven at 400 degrees Bake until potatoes look tender or golden brown.
