1 CAN BEAN SPROUTS
1 CAN WATER CHESTNUTS,SLICED
4 TBSP. CORNSTARCH
2 TBSP. SOY SAUCE
1 TBSP. SUGAR
1 CUP SHREDDED CELERY
IN WOK OR SKILLET
PLACE OIL,ONIONS,CELERY,GREEN PEPPER,AND MUSHROOMS.
SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
ADD CABBAGE AND STOCK,SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES.
MIX CORNSTRCH IN COLD WATER AND ADD TO POT.
STIR.ADD SOY SAUCE,SPROUTS,AND CHESTNUTS.
SEASON TO TASTE,ADD SUGAR,STIR ADD MEAT.
