cheesey potatoes
Cheesy Potato Casserole
- 8 medium red potatoes, cooked and diced
- 1 lb. sliced American cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup stuffed green olives, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Mix together the first 4 ingredients; season. Put into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle bacon bits and olives over the top.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour, uncovered
serve with a salad or other veggie
