beef and potatoes

beef and potatoes

1 pound beef all purpose stew meat or cut up steak...floured and browned in hot oil.
about 5 red potatoes washed and cut into chunks.
2 jars brown gravy
salt/pepper
combine all ingridents in large skillet.
cook on simmer for 30-40 minutes.
serve over rice or alone.

serves about 5
