Hello Fellow Cooks,
My name is Kimberley I have been a member at Sheknows for about 6 years,
I began my journey,In Feb 2004 right before I had a tubal reversal,I had 3 post Tubal Reversal babies.
I became the host to ttc after tubal reversals not long after that I became the community director of the ttc clubs which at that time was called "baby dust" I am always here to support all ttc ladies but specially those who are thinking or have had A TR.
I also love to cook I became a host to meals in a snap not long after I started hosting ttc after tr board.
you can usually find me posting recipes all over the cooking club forums, i specialize in cajun dishes and also country style recipes.
For all you ladies needing a quick fix or just a dinner idea, stop by meals in a snap and try a recipe.post one to if you want to share....

Layered Strawberry Cheesecake
Prep Time: 20 min
Total Time: 4hr 20 min
Makes: 14 servings, 2/3 cups each
What you need!
3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread, softened
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Fat Free Instant Pudding
2 cups thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
2 cups frozen pound cake cubes (1 inch)
1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
How to make it:

1. COMBINE berries and sugar.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Beat cream cheese spread in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add dry pudding mix; mix well.
Blend in 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip; spoon half into 2-1/2- L bowl.

2.TOP with cake, berries and remaining cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate 4 hours.

3.MELT chocolate; drizzle over trifle.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
