Rachel Ray's 30 minute meals 2

I was just going through this cookbook and there are ALOT of yummy sounding dinners that seem easy to make. (well hey in 30 minutes right?)

I will definitely be trying these, and I would definitely reccomend checking out this cookbook

Cool! I have yet to try out my recipes from her "Real Meals" cookbook that I just got. But I DID, however, cook two things tonight from EVERYDAY ITALIAN by Giada de Laurentiis. Stuffed Tomatoes and Pork something-or-other (yeah, it's listed as that in her book...)

I think I just might have to put it in our Recipe sticky. The pork was so tender, and the tomatoes divine!!! :hear

I just got this cookbook too and so far I love it. But - some of the meals I've tried take a lot longer than 30 min to make. That's ok though, they've all been very good.
